Role & responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, vouchers, and daily accounting transactions.

Prepare and update bookkeeping records, cash books, and stock journals.

Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and MIS.

Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely reconciliations.

Conduct weekly/monthly inventory and stock verification.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.

Coordinate with internal departments to support financial operations and reporting.

Identify discrepancies in financial records and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Support budgeting, financial analysis, and other finance-related activities as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Finance & Accounts.
