Role & responsibilities

- Execute highway construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Supervise earthwork, pavement, drainage, structures, and other highway construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with MoRTH, NHAI, IRC standards, and project quality requirements.
- Coordinate with survey, QA/QC, planning, and subcontractor teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor daily progress, manpower, equipment, and material utilization at site.
- Conduct quantity measurements, verify executed work, and support billing activities.
- Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues to minimize project delays.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at the project site.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, inspection reports, and project documentation.
- Support timely completion of highway projects by achieving quality, cost, and schedule targets.
