Bachelor s degree in science or Engineering /Technology with min 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. Post-graduate in Management / Engineering / Entrepreneurship / Innovation from a recognised institution with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or CGPA. An individual with an impeccable track record, having a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Administration of incubation or innovation start-up/ Technology deployment in a related institution.

Responsibilities :

1. The Incubation Manager shall be appointed under Teerthanker Mahaveer Innovation Foundation (A section 8 company) incorporated specifically for overseeing the promotion & execution of the Incubation Centre of TMU.
2. The Incubation manager will be responsible for the operations of the incubator, including strategic growth through various programs, creating progress and a plan for strategic collaborations with other ecosystems to make it a self-sustainable incubator.
3. The Incubation manager will be responsible for developing a mentor network (Technical, Financial, Marketing, etc.) for the incubator & work with them cohesively for the success of incubated ventures.
4. The Incubation manager will be responsible for developing assistance platforms within the incubator, like legal, patent, financial services, etc., to help the start-ups/incubatees.
5. The Incubation manager will be responsible for creating a value proposition of the incubator & a valuation matrix of all the incubates/start-ups.

The Incubation manager will be responsible for creating outreach programmes in close association with specialised cells like IPR, EDC, IIC, etc.
7. The Incubation manager will be responsible for spearheading strategic alliances with various Indian & government institutions/offices for raising funds, setting up seed funding, etc., for start-ups and the incubation centre at large.
8. Create plans/programs according to the potential of the start-ups (early stage or mature), assist them in writing business plans, keep track of the incubation process, prepare financial reports and assess the funding requirements of the incubates to enable them to apply for funding support under various schemes.
9. Providing direction & support towards the creation of the website, expanding & maintaining the physical infrastructure of the Incubation centre.
10. Any other responsibility assigned by the competent authority.

Requirements:

- Well-versed in conceptualising, compiling & preparing detailed project reports/proposals.
- Valuable leadership and networking skills with experience in running multi-functional teams at the University level.
- Fluent in public speaking and excellent in soft skills.
- Excellent technical and presentation skills.
- Understanding of government & non-Government funding & start up schemes.
- In-depth knowledge of the present Indian & global start up eco system.
