QA Lead Software Quality Engineering (Automation, Manual & AI-Enabled)
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with 810 years of experience to drive quality engineering across our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will lead QA strategy, design and maintain automation frameworks, oversee manual and API testing, and ensure high-quality releases through CI/CD integration.
Key Requirements:
- 810 years of QA experience with strong automation and manual testing expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Robot Framework.
- Robust API testing skills using Postman/REST Assured and SQL knowledge.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, microservices testing, and AI-assisted testing tools like GitHub Copilot.
- Proven leadership experience mentoring QA teams and driving release quality.
Good to Have: Performance testing (JMeter/Locust), AWS/cloud SaaS experience, and ISTQB certification.
