Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in 3PL, Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, and Fulfillment Operations.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, leading requirements gathering, solution design, system enhancements, integrations, testing, and release activities. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Development, QA, and Operations teams to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, stakeholder discussions, and process reviews.
- Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, and Business Rules.
- Analyze existing logistics processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.




- Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, QA, Integration, and Operations teams throughout the SDLC.
- Support solution design, system enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, requirement clarification, and release activities.
- Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments.
- Support UAT, defect triage, production issue resolution, deployments, and post-production support.
- Define KPIs, reporting requirements, and automation opportunities.
