Position: HR & Procurement Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring talent, maintaining HR documentation, coordinating employee records, sourcing vendors, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRMIS.
- Assist with payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
- Support employee engagement and performance review activities.
- Handle employee exit formalities and documentation.

Procurement

- Source vendors and obtain competitive quotations.
- Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely procurement.




- Maintain vendor database and procurement records.
- Track inventory and office assets.
- Coordinate invoice processing with the Accounts team.
- Monitor AMC, warranty, and vendor performance.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Recruitment and interview coordination.
- Vendor negotiation and procurement knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (HR) is preferred.
- 25 years of experience in HR and Procurement.
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems is an added advantage.
