What you'll do
- IT infrastructure administration (both on-prem and cloud based).
- Support and troubleshoot various operating system types, flavours (both Windows and Linux).
- Work on change related tasks.
- Develop automation for the most common or repetitive tasks.
Who you are
- 5 years of experience in remote IT Infrastructure support of global enterprise clients.
- Strong experience with multiple virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM based).
- Extensive experience supporting Linux (RedHat Ubuntu) and Windows.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, firewalls).
- Robust code development (Ansible, Python, Gitlab).
- Experience with monitoring solutions (Zabbix).
- Experience with AWS (EC2 instances, Route53).
- Nice to have: experience working with containers, Kubernetes.
