Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in bancassurance, branch sales, and channel sales.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase insurance penetration through partnerships with banks and other financial institutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in banca sales, bancassurance, or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an insurance company or banking institution.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services offered by various players in the industry.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
