About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Project Manager to lead the execution of a large-scale construction project in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing high-rise commercial, hospital, institutional, or residential projects from excavation through handover while ensuring safety, quality, timely delivery, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

* Overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of the project.

* Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.

* Prepare and monitor project schedules, weekly look-ahead plans, and recovery plans.

* Ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and agreed timelines.

* Monitor RCC, finishing, MEP coordination, waterproofing, external development, and faade activities.

* Review drawings, identify conflicts, and coordinate with architects and consultants for timely resolutions.

* Manage client interactions, progress reviews, and technical discussions.

* Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, statutory, and contractual requirements.

* Monitor productivity, manpower deployment, machinery utilization, and material consumption.

* Approve work fronts and ensure optimum sequencing of activities.

* Review subcontractor bills, measurements, and certifications.

* Monitor procurement requirements and coordinate with purchase and stores teams.

* Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly progress reports.

* Drive timely closure of inspections, NCRs, snag lists, and punch points.

* Mentor and develop the site engineering team while maintaining discipline and accountability.

Desired Candidate Profile

* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred but not mandatory).

* 12–20 years of relevant construction experience.

* Experience in projects valued at 100 crore+ preferred.

* Strong exposure to RCC, finishing works, MEP coordination, and external development.

* Proven ability to lead teams of 150–300+ site personnel.

* Excellent planning, coordination, and decision-making skills.

* Robust understanding of project scheduling and construction methodologies.

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Technical Skills

* Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project

* AutoCAD (drawing review)

* MS Excel

* MS Office

* Quantity and billing knowledge

* Quality control procedures

* Construction planning and monitoring

* Budget and cost control
