Job Description – Electrical Maintenance Technician

Position Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician
Reporting To: Manager – Operations

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in commercial complexes, malls, or large facilities.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Candidate Profile

- Languages: Hindi and any South Indian language (spoken and written preferred)

Work Schedule

- Shift Duration: 12 Hours
- Weekly Off: 1 day (weekdays only)

Job Summary

The Electrical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within a commercial complex or mall. The role requires ensuring uninterrupted functioning of critical electrical infrastructure while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain Diesel Generator (DG) sets.




- Handle maintenance and basic troubleshooting of Air Conditioning (AC) systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of floor lighting and electrical fixtures.
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of escalators and elevators.
- Operate, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical control panels.
- Identify and rectify electrical faults to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain maintenance records.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with DG sets, AC systems, lifts, escalators, and control panels.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational and extended shifts as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
