Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers (shops, hotels, vendors)
- Take daily orders and coordinate with branches for delivery
- Follow up with customers for repeat business
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Inform customers about price updates, offers, and stock availability
- Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries
- Support sales team in achieving targets
- Coordinate with warehouse/branch teams for order fulfillment

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 10th / 12th / Any Degree
✔ 0–2 years experience (Freshers can apply)
✔ Good communication skills (Tamil must, basic English preferred)
✔ Basic computer knowledge (Excel / billing software)
✔ Friendly and customer-focused attitude

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
