Facility Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment by managing facility services, vendor coordination, maintenance activities, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the facility.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the premises.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other service providers.
- Manage vendors, negotiate service contracts, and monitor service quality.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance requirements and ensure timely resolution.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other infrastructure systems.
- Monitor facility-related expenses and assist in budget planning and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, asset inventories, and vendor agreements.
- Handle office space management, repairs,



and infrastructure improvements.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and operational issues.
- Coordinate logistics and facility arrangements for meetings, events, and organizational activities.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility management, administration, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, vendor management, and facility operations.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in educational institutions, corporate offices, hospitals, or commercial facilities.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Robust organizational and vendor management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
