Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support management with financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Record all sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare GST invoices, e-Invoices, and e-Way Bills.
- File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
- Process payroll, salary, PF, ESI, and professional tax (if applicable).
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government departments.
- Verify vendor bills and process payments.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- 2–5 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
