Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and vendors.
- Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Inspect ongoing work and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety practices.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor material requirements, usage, and inventory at the site.
- Verify contractor bills and maintain measurement records.
- Identify site issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, CRM, and Accounts departments for smooth project execution.
- Attend client site visits and provide project status updates when required.




- Ensure snag lists are completed before project handover.
- Maintain all site documentation, including DPRs, checklists, and quality records
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Robust knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing works, plumbing, electrical coordination, and project execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
