Dr. Alka Skincare & Healthcare is hiring a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our dermatology and aesthetic clinic.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend incoming and outgoing patient calls.
- Handle appointment bookings, follow-ups, and reminders.
- Respond to WhatsApp and online patient enquiries.
- Welcome patients and manage front desk operations.
- Register patients and maintain accurate records in the clinic software.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient flow.
- Explain clinic services, offers, and treatment packages to prospective patients.
- Follow up with missed appointments and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Manage billing and payment collection.
- Maintain daily call records and reception reports.
Eligibility
- Graduate or 12th Pass with good communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Positive communication, convincing, and customer handling skills.
- Experience in a clinic, hospital, beauty, wellness, or customer service industry is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
