AYUSH ORTHO is looking for an HR Recruiter to support the organization's hiring activities across multiple departments. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through recruitment platforms and other channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to support recruitment activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree with MBA (HR preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
