Job Title: Cluster Head – Hospital Operations
Location: Krishnagiri
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

The Cluster Head is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple hospitals or clinics within the assigned cluster. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, improving patient satisfaction, achieving business targets, maintaining quality standards, and leading hospital teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the operations of multiple hospitals/clinics within the assigned cluster
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
- Improve patient experience by maintaining high standards of service and addressing escalated complaints.
- Supervise Hospital Administrators, Unit Heads, and departmental teams..
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy, patient footfall, revenue, and quality metrics.
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, HR, finance, and marketing departments for productive operations.
- Conduct regular audits, review meetings,



and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and business growth.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MHA/MBA) is preferred.

Experience

- 5–7 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
- Experience managing multiple healthcare facilities is preferred.
