We are looking for a proactive Supervisor (Maintenance Incharge cum Estate Officer) with a Civil Engineering background to oversee the school's maintenance operations and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have experience in coordinating civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and construction activities while ensuring the campus remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance of school infrastructure.
- Oversee civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, furniture, painting, HVAC, and other maintenance works.
- Coordinate construction, renovation, and repair projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and project execution.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, assets, AMCs, and contractor work.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, procurement,



and planning of maintenance activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil maintenance and basic MEP (Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC) coordination.
- Ability to supervise construction and renovation projects.
- Good vendor and contractor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Solid communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, estate management, or civil project supervision.
- Experience in a school, educational institution, hospital, or commercial facility will be preferred.

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Faridabad Sector 9, Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
