Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers/clients in Punjabi.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fluent in Punjabi (Speaking) is mandatory.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (+2).
- Basic understanding of Hindi and English is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
