ERP & Data Management

- Handle day-to-day operations in Gati ERP software.
- Create and maintain item masters, product codes, designs, SKUs, and barcodes.
- Update inventory, production, and job work data accurately.
- Maintain records of gold, diamond, silver, and finished jewellery stock.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely system updates.

Inventory Management

- Monitor inward and outward stock entries.
- Track stock transfers between departments, branches, and vendors.
- Maintain stock reconciliation and inventory records.
- Conduct physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage memo entries, bagging entries, and stock movement records.

Production & Job Work Coordination

- Generate job cards and job work orders for manufacturing.
- Track production status and karigar/vendor job work.
- Update gold issuance, returns, wastage, and production entries.




- Coordinate with production, QC, and inventory teams for timely updates.

Reporting & Documentation

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare inventory, production, and stock movement reports.
- Maintain records for audits and management review.
- Support management with ERP-based operational reports.

Compliance & Control

- Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions.
- Maintain ERP records as per company policies.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
- Monitor data integrity and system compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
