Job Description – Site Supervisor & Sales Coordinator

Location: Hafeezpet

We are hiring a Site Supervisor & Sales Coordinator for our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for handling office operations, coordinating with walk-in customers, and supporting lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily office/site activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Explain project details and offers to walk-in customers.
- Visit nearby offices and locations for lead generation and business promotion activities.
- Coordinate customer follow-ups and arrange site visits.
- Maintain customer data and update lead records regularly.
- Support the sales team in client coordination and documentation.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales, site coordination, or customer handling is preferred.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales coordination and customer follow-up.
- Willingness to travel locally for lead generation activities.
- Must be presentable, active, and responsible.

Work Location:

The candidate will primarily work from the Hafeezpet office and occasionally visit nearby locations for lead generation and marketing activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
