Permanent part-time position avaliable: 45 hours a fortnight.

Afternoon Shifts including some weekends on a 2-week fixed roster

Based at their homes in a complex in Christchurch, you will:

- Help empower our kiritaki/clients to achieve independence, inclusion and quality of life after a brain injury
- Work as part of a team, where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to positively influence people's lives while making a difference
- Work in partnership with the kiritaki we serve providing support to maximise independence, encourage choice, and participation in activities, adhering at all times to the values of the organisation and active support principles

- Be able to manage your time efficiently and have the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Have a full driver's licence
- Have a keen interest in cooking
- Willing to work within the mission, vision, and values of the organisation
- Previous experience of support work and working with people with disabilities would be advantageous
