We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer to manage student placements and build strong relationships with companies and recruiters.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with companies and HR professionals.
- Identify and coordinate job and placement opportunities for students.
- Manage recruitment drives, interviews, and placement activities.
- Source job opportunities through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Coordinate between students and recruiters throughout the hiring process.
- Provide basic career guidance and interview preparation support.
- Maintain placement records and prepare regular reports.
- Achieve placement targets and improve overall placement success.
- Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.

Valuable knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes.

Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Experience in EdTech or training institutes is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
