We are looking for a skilled Vial Filling Operator to operate and monitor vial filling machines used in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing while ensuring product quality and compliance with GMP standards.

Experience: 2–5 years (Sterile Injectable / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing preferred)
Location: Jhajjar, Haryana
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. or Relevant Technical Qualification
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor vial filling machines as per approved SOPs
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and routine operational checks
- Ensure accurate filling, stoppering, and sealing of vials
- Monitor filling parameters and maintain product quality throughout production
- Maintain batch manufacturing records, equipment logbooks, and production documentation
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of filling equipment
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, and aseptic manufacturing practices
Skills:
- Knowledge of vial filling operations in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Familiarity with aseptic processing, cGMP, and pharmaceutical documentation
- Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
