- Source and identify reliable vendors across India based on project requirements.
- Conduct vendor outreach through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to collect quotations and technical information.
- Make regular cold calls to onboard recent vendors and build a strong vendor network.
- Compare quotations and prepare cost comparison sheets for management review.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
- Maintain and update the vendor database.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for material dispatch and timely deliveries.
- Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, invoices, dispatch schedules, and pending documentation.
- Verify vendor credentials, product quality, capabilities, and past project experience.
- Prepare vendor comparison reports, procurement documentation, and other MIS reports.
- Collaborate with the Procurement, Operations, and Project teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
