We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead the creative and technical direction of a luxury beauty, salon, spa, and wellness brand.

The ideal candidate must possess an in-depth understanding of the beauty industry, including hair, skin, spa, makeup, nails, and wellness services, with the ability to guide specialists across each department. This is a leadership role for someone who understands both the artistry and the science behind premium beauty services and can continuously elevate the guest experience through innovation, training, and exceptional technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creative and technical direction across Hair, Skin, Spa, Makeup, and Nail departments.
- Develop and maintain world-class service standards, treatment protocols, and guest experiences.
- Research and introduce new beauty trends, technologies, products, and premium treatments.
- Train, mentor, and inspire department heads and technical teams.
- Ensure consistency,



quality, and innovation across all services.
- Evaluate new products, equipment, and service offerings.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Commercial teams to launch current services and enhance the overall brand experience.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in the beauty, salon, spa, or wellness industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of hair, skin, spa therapies, makeup, nails, and luxury beauty services.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary beauty teams.
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards, consultation techniques, and guest experience.
- Passion for innovation, education, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹81,485.72 per month
