Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PEGA UI Developer with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade PEGA applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PEGA UI customization, leveraging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces. A Pega CSSA certification is mandatory, and experience with React.js is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse, design, develop, and support business-specific PEGA applications and frameworks.
- Design and customise PEGA user interfaces using CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, and PEGA UI capabilities.
- Develop scalable and reusable UI components to deliver an enhanced customer experience across enterprise applications.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions using PEGA SmartBPM methodology and Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) tools.
- Implement robust technical solutions on the PEGA platform while adhering to development best practices.
- Perform regular code reviews, design reviews, and ensure compliance with coding standards.
- Develop and implement PEGA integration services using REST, SOAP, Email, and other integration mechanisms.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support planning and execution of Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).




- Provide regular project status updates to the Technical Lead and Project Manager.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimise application performance.
- Leverage PEGA Case Management features to build efficient workflow and business process solutions.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in PEGA application development.
- Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience in PEGA UI development and customization.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Experience implementing business solutions on PEGA 7.x or later versions.
- Strong understanding of PEGA Case Management capabilities.
- Hands-on experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Email Services.
- Experience using PEGA SmartBPM methodology and DCO tools.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with React.js.
- Knowledge of contemporary UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to PEGA performance tuning and application optimisation.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
