KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting & Financial Control

▪ Maintain books of accounts as per Companies Act & Accounting Standards

▪ Finalise monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts within 5 working days

▪ Perform ledger scrutiny, reconciliations

▪ Conduct costing, variance analysis, and margin tracking

Export–Import Accounting

▪ Handle export sales accounting – LC, advance, DP/DA, forex realization

▪ Ensure compliance with FEMA & RBI regulations; coordinate with CHA for shipping docs

▪ Track and claim RODTEP, Drawback, and EPCG benefits (≥95% realization)

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

▪ GST: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, RCM, LUT filings, refunds, and reconciliations

▪ TDS: Sections 194C/J/Q, 192 – deduction, deposit, return filings

▪ Coordinate with Statutory & Tax Auditors

Payroll & HR Finance

▪ Process monthly payroll, incentives, OT accurately and on time

▪ Ensure PF, ESIC, PT,



LWF compliance; manage F&F; settlements and arrears within the due dates as per compliance

Banking, Treasury & Cash Flow

▪ Manage banking operations: RTGS, NEFT, LC, BG, FD, EEFC accounts

▪ Handle USD rate booking, forex management, and EEFC inward/outward payments

▪ Prepare cash flow forecasts (≤10% variance) and coordinate bank limit renewals

▪ Monitor receivables (≤45 debtor days) and payables for working capital efficiency

Internal Controls & Systems

▪ Implement SOPs and internal controls; ensure Tally Prime real-time posting accuracy (≥98%)

Support process automation, cost reduction, and audit readiness

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
