Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end travel planning, sales, and client servicing. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in selling customized travel packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international tour packages (FIT, Group, Corporate & Leisure)
- Design and sell customized itineraries based on client requirements
- Convert leads into bookings through calls, emails, and meetings
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transporters, and vendors for best rates
- Provide expert advice on destinations, visas, flights, and travel insurance
- Manage complete booking lifecycle – quotation, confirmation, documentation & follow-up
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat and corporate clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Mentor junior consultants and support the sales team
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally during travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling corporate travel or luxury travel
- Prior team handling or mentoring experience
- Knowledge of visa processes for major countries
