Role Summary
The Commercial Executive is responsible for handling commercial operations including billing, documentation, vendor coordination, statutory compliance, and supporting procurement and dispatch activities. The role ensures smooth commercial transactions, accurate records, and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities
1) Commercial Operations
- Handle invoicing, debit/credit notes, and billing processes
- Ensure accuracy in commercial documentation
- Maintain records of purchases, sales, and transactions
2) Vendor & Customer Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for PO processing and payments
- Follow up on pending invoices and reconciliations
- Support customer documentation and dispatch paperwork
3) Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain statutory and tax-related records (GST, e-way bills, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
- Prepare reports for internal and external audits
4) Dispatch & Logistics Support
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for dispatch planning
- Ensure proper documentation for shipments
- Track deliveries and resolve discrepancies
5) Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports
- Maintain data in ERP systems
- Support management with commercial analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Finance
- MIN. 4 years of relevant experience in commercial or accounts roles
- Experience in /FMCG preferred
Key Skills
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and documentation
- ERP proficiency (SAP/Tally/Oracle preferred)
- Robust coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Excel and reporting skills
