- Supervise and monitor daily maintenance activities within the residential society.
- Coordinate with maintenance agencies, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Inspect and maintain common areas, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting systems.
- Ensure the availability of maintenance materials and monitor inventory.
- Verify the quality of maintenance work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Handle resident maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and maintain service records and reports.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for overall facility management.
- Assist in vendor negotiations and material procurement when required.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
