About the Role

Synchronics Electronics is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tender Specialist to join our Sales department. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to work on India's largest government procurement platforms while building a rewarding career in industrial electronics repair. You will be the bridge between our technical capabilities and government sector clients, identifying high-value tender opportunities, preparing competitive quotes, and managing end-to-end tender submissions. This role offers exposure to complex procurement processes, vendor relationship management, and business development in the growing government electronics repair sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively search, identify, and analyze tender opportunities on nProCure and GEM Portal aligned with Synchronics' service offerings
- Prepare comprehensive tender responses including technical specifications, commercial quotes, and compliance documentation for industrial electronics repair services
- Fill out detailed tender portal forms, ensuring accuracy of company information, certifications, and financial details across government platforms
- Compile and organize vendor documentation including GST certificates, ISO certifications, financial statements, and past performance records for submission
- Develop competitive quotations based on technical requirements, resource availability, and cost analysis while maintaining profitability margins
- Track tender deadlines, manage submission schedules,



and ensure all documents are filed before closure on respective platforms
- Maintain comprehensive tender database with submission status, bid amounts, and follow-up requirements for business intelligence

Requirements

- 4-5 years of proven experience as Tender Specialist or Bid Manager, preferably in manufacturing, repair, or engineering services sector
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with nProCure and GEM Portal tender management and submission processes
- Strong track record of handling government sector tenders and understanding of public procurement compliance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in tender documents
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to manage large datasets and documentation
- Knowledge of industrial electronics repair, manufacturing processes, or related technical fields is advantageous
- Self-motivated with robust organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously.
