About the Role

Yelora Wellness Spa is looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer inquiries, following up with leads, promoting spa services and offers, and converting potential customers into confirmed appointments.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers over the phone and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries about spa services, treatments, packages, pricing, offers, and availability.
- Follow up with leads generated through Google, social media, advertising campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources.
- Explain services and packages clearly and recommend suitable options based on customer requirements.
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed spa appointments.
- Make reminder calls and WhatsApp follow-ups for scheduled appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Reconnect with previous customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Inform customers about special offers, membership plans, packages,



and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the front desk and spa team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
- Handle customer questions and concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, bookings, and conversions.
- Maintain a skilled and positive image of Yelora Wellness Spa in every customer interaction.

Requirements

- Basic verbal communication skills in English and Excellent verbal communication in Kannada and Hindi.
- Friendly, confident, and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Ability to use WhatsApp for customer communication and follow-ups.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a strong focus on service quality.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, hospitality, spa, salon, or wellness industry is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
