We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Operations (Reservation) to join our team. In this role, you'll drive new property acquisitions, manage reservation processes, and ensure smooth coordination between operations, reporting, and guest-facing teams. What You'll Do
- Identify and onboard new properties in both new and existing locations to support business expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and vendors
- Ensure booking details are accurately shared with the CRM team ahead of guest arrivals
- Maintain and update transportation logs and databases on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Prepare and submit monthly transportation reports (MIS) to management on time
- Plan and implement strategies to reduce reservation and transportation costs
- Monitor and manage costs arising from unforeseen circumstances
- Coordinate with the Customer Relations team to quickly resolve guest-facing issues
What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, reservations, hospitality, or transportation/logistics
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel/reporting tools
- Strong coordination, communication, and vendor management skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on cost control
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working with data and generating reports
