We manage our end-to-end operations digitally and are looking for a reliable data operator to manage our daily desk operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Billing & Invoicing: Create accurate wholesale bills and retail invoices daily.
- Software Management: Perform exact data entry of stock, purchases, and sales in Busy Software.
- Order Management: Prepare formal purchase orders and coordinate with supplier companies.
- Email Correspondence: Handle routine business emails, order tracking, and vendor communications.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date ledgers and daily transaction records
