CNC Router Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CNC BUESSE ROVER Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC ROVERS, interpreting design files, and maintaining equipment to ensure quality and precision in all output.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate THE BIESSE MACHINE to cut, shape, and form wood, plastics, or other materials
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files

Essential Skills

- Proficiency in bSolid, bCabinet, or CAD/CAM software like Mastercam.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and G-code/M-code.
- Strong understanding of woodworking materials, tool feeds, and speeds.
- Strict adherence to safety protocols (working with lasers, vacuum tables, and high-speed spindles)

Qualifications:





- Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating CNC rovers
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical documents
- Familiarity with materials like MDF, plywood, acrylic, etc.
- Knowledge of CNC software (e.g., VCarve, Aspire, Fusion 360) is a plus
- Solid attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
