· JOB Description:-

· Preparing Purchase Orders and Getting Approval from Reporting Authority.

Monitoring and accurate control on rates of materials billed.

· Co-ordinating timely delivery of materials required.

· Clearing of invoices / bills pending after confirming the delivery status and usage of the said materials as per site and BOQ approvals.

· Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.

· Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.

· Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

· Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.





· Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.

· Ensure that all the bills are logged at accounts by understanding the statutory implications to do.

· Cost reduction goal-setting for procurement thru rate contracts, consumables, capital goods, etc.)

· ü Ex[] k to posure in handling Audits for ISO-9001:2000

· ü Basic knowledge of Excise, Sales Tax, Customs Clearance.

· ü Experienced of E-Tools such as Smart Buy, e RFQ.

· ü A persuasive leader possessing analytical and strategic planning abilities, with excellent Value Analysis.

· ü MIS – Cost reduction , vendor development , PO , Material Category & Delivery ,

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
