Job Title: CNC Turning Centre Operator (8 Years Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC Turning Centre machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures.
- Perform machine offset adjustments and tool changes.
- Ensure components meet dimensional and quality standards using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
- Maintain production targets while ensuring product quality.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S standards in the work area.
- Coordinate with the quality and production teams to achieve daily production goals.




- Perform routine machine maintenance and report any major breakdowns.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of CNC Turning Centre operations.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Experience with Fanuc control is preferred.
- Good knowledge of GD&T; and machining tolerances.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in CNC Turning Centre operations.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
