We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Executive with experience in data entry operations and basic accounting. The ideal candidate will support the accounts and operations team by maintaining accurate financial records, handling routine accounting tasks, and ensuring timely data processing. This role offers exposure to e-commerce accounting and data management, providing strong learning and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
● Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems
● Assist in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records
● Support basic accounting activities such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and ledger updates
● Reconcile data entries and assist in resolving discrepancies
● Prepare and maintain financial documents, reports, and spreadsheets
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
● Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
● Assist senior accounting staff with audits, monthly closings, and other accounting tasks as required
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
● 0–2 years of experience in data entry operations or a similar accounting support role
● Basic understanding of accounting principles
● Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
● Familiarity with accounting or ERP software is an advantage
● Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
