We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Generate quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS), and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, banners, and videos.
- Track and optimize lead quality in collaboration with the sales team.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Search Console
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and event tracking.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lead generation campaigns for real estate projects.
- Knowledge of CRM integration and lead management.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
