We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who is passionate about creating impactful visual content for digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for designing social media creatives, editing promotional videos and reels, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting the marketing team with creative campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in industry-standard design and video editing software and should have experience in creating content specifically for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Designing

- Design high-quality Instagram posts, carousel posts, stories, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, standees, presentations, and advertisements.
- Design branding materials while maintaining company brand guidelines.
- Develop creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns.
- Create thumbnails, website banners, email creatives, and social media advertisements.

Video Editing

- Edit professional promotional videos for real estate projects.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and LinkedIn promotional videos.
- Add cinematic transitions, animations, motion graphics, subtitles, and visual effects.
- Perform color correction, sound enhancement, and background music integration.
- Produce engaging content optimized for social media algorithms.

Social Media Creative Management





- Design daily social media content for:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- WhatsApp Marketing
- Create festival posts, campaign creatives, promotional offers, project updates, and event coverage.
- Ensure all creatives maintain consistent branding.

Creative Planning

- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Team to understand campaign requirements.
- Research current design trends and social media content.
- Suggest innovative content ideas to improve engagement.
- Deliver creative assets within deadlines.

Required Software Skills

The candidate must be proficient in:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Canva Pro
- Adobe Lightroom
- Figma (Preferred)
- CapCut Pro (Preferred)
- DaVinci Resolve (Preferred)

Knowledge of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, and other AI-based creative tools will be an added advantage.
