Experience - Minimum 4+ Years

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Customs Clearance (Air Export & Sea Export). Documentation.

Generation of Export Bill of lading for different regions according to the required specifications. Preparing and sending BL drafts to customers.

Handling Operations.

Handling Queries from customer, subsidiaries, and overseas offices.

Handling mailbox for vessel closures and transmission detail with area on daily basis.

Involving multiple activities in team process according to workflow.

Taking care of the full documentation audit while lowering team mistakes for customer satisfaction & retention.

Handling customs transmission and generating an invoice for the client.

Monitoring customs alert by getting in touch with the customers and solving errors.
