Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and confident Surgery Counsellor to guide patients through their surgical journey. The role involves explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed before surgery.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel patients regarding eye surgeries (procedure details, benefits, risks, and recovery).
- Explain surgery packages, costs, and payment options clearly.
- Coordinate pre-operative investigations and documentation.
- Schedule surgery dates in coordination with doctors and OT team.
- Follow up with patients for surgery confirmation.
- Maintain proper counselling records and reports.
- Ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.

Requirements





- Any Degree (Healthcare / Counselling / Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of hospital counselling or patient coordination experience.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Empathetic, patient-friendly, and target-oriented approach.
