Job Title: Billing Engineer

Location : Delhi NCR

Salary : ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience Required : Minimum 4–5 Years (Mandatory)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to handle project billing, quantity verification, measurement certification, and site coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in quantity surveying, client/sub-contractor billing, measurement verification, BOQ preparation, and billing documentation.

*Freshers are strictly not eligible for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Take accurate site measurements and prepare quantity calculations from approved drawings.
- Verify and certify measurements, bills, and work quantities submitted by contractors, clients, and site representatives.
- Prepare and process Client Billing and Contractor Billing documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify work progress, measurements, and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity estimations, and reconciliation reports.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and clients for billing-related activities.
- Track project quantities, executed work, and payment milestones.
- Assist in cost control and project billing management.




- Generate reports and maintain data using MS Excel.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Preferred)
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Billing Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Project Billing.
- Freshers will not be considered.
