We are looking for an Operations Executive with experience in exhibitions, events, stall fabrication, or related industries. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating exhibition stall projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate stall fabrication, printing, branding, logistics, and AV vendors.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations and prepare basic costing and BOQs.
- Maintain and expand the vendor database.
- Monitor project timelines, execution schedules, and payment follow-ups.
- Support stall setup and dismantling activities at exhibition venues.
- Visit exhibitions and industry events for vendor and client networking.




- Assist the Business Head in project coordination and profitability tracking.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in Exhibitions, Events, Fabrication, Interior Fit-Outs, Advertising, Branding, BTL, or MICE industries.
- Strong vendor management, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel and project tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and exhibitions.
