Job Description

1. 1-3 years of work experience, in the area of Business Analytics using Descriptive and Predictive techniques.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Analytics in the Retail domain.
3. Background in Engineering/IT, MBA, Statistics, Economics.
4. Should have good experience in Data Mining, Data Analysis and Predictive Modelling using R.
5. Should be well versed with databases like PostGreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL.
6. High-level proficiency with SQL based query languages and relational data concepts.
7. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is absolutely essential.
8. Excellent analytical skills. The candidate should not only be able to analyze the data, but also drive the implementation of the recommendations.
9. Must have a passion for data, structured or unstructured.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
11. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams in a timeline driven high-pressure setting.
