Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Finance & Accounts function. The role will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, accounting, cash flow management, compliance, risk management, MIS, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, treasury, and fund management
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and MIS
- Monitor P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and key financial KPIs
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, PF, and statutory requirements
- Manage internal and statutory audits; coordinate with auditors
- Establish strong financial controls, processes, and risk management systems
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategy
- Manage banking relationships, loans, investments,



and financial arrangements
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve profitability
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts team
- Collaborate closely with CEO, MD, and business heads
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent
- Experience: 15+ years in finance, with leadership role experience
- Strong expertise in financial planning, accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience handling large teams and complex financial operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
