Dreamtime Learning Online School is redefining education through innovative, learner-centric online programs. We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Admission Counselors to help parents and students choose the right learning path while driving admissions for our online school.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective parents and students regarding Dreamtime Learning's online school programs.

Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, website leads, and referrals.

Explain curriculum, learning methodology, fee structure, and admission process in detail.

Build strong relationships with prospective families and address their queries effectively.

Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.

Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and update management on admission progress.

Stay updated on the school's programs,



policies, and competitive offerings.

Eligibility & Experience

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2–5 years of experience in admissions counseling, educational sales, EdTech, or B2C sales.

Experience in school or online education admissions is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, counseling, and relationship-building skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

Comfortable working with admission targets and performance metrics.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
