Hotel Centre Point is looking for a reliable and organized Purchase and Store Executive/ Supervisor to manage our property's daily procurement and store operations. Operating in the heart of Shillong, you will ensure our Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Front Office departments stay perfectly stocked without operational delays. Mandatory hands-on experience with IDS software is required to handle stock entries and purchase orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- IDS Software Management: Generate, track, and log all purchase requisitions, material indents, and goods receipts strictly using the IDS Next ERP system.
- Receiving & Verification: Verify all incoming hotel supplies (F&B; ingredients, guest amenities, linens, cutlery) against delivery challans and approved purchase orders.
- Store Organization: Systematically arrange and maintain the hotel stockrooms using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods to eliminate wastage, leakage, and expiry.
- Vendor Coordination: Source fresh items and maintenance supplies by coordinating with local Shillong vendors, checking price quotes, and verifying bills.




- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory thresholds daily to prevent sudden stock-outs of essential guest supplies or kitchen raw materials.
- Stock Audits: Perform regular physical stock verifications and submit accurate variance reports to the Accounts and Finance team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary / Intermediate) school passing certificate.
- Software: Mandatory expertise in IDS Hotel Software (Materials / Property Management modules).
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience handling purchase and stores, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Core Skills: Basic mathematics for physical counts, basic MS Excel for ledger tracking, and sharp vendor negotiation skills.
- Traits: Complete honesty, physical fitness to handle stock shifts, and a sharp eye for material quality

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
