Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the founders on strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and defence industry research.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and business documents.
- Support investor relations and cross-functional operations.




- Represent the founders in meetings when required.
- Coordinate critical business tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Travel to client locations and project sites as needed.

Requirements

- BBA/MBA (0–1 year experience; freshers can apply).
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to take ownership.
- Flexible to work in a fast-paced workplace with 24/7 availability when business demands.
